A talented, eclectic cast says that Brooklyn's Finest might just be able to raise itself above the good-cops-trying-to-beat-a-corrupt-force-in-a-deadly-neighbourhood storyline that we've all become accustomed to.

Ethan Hawke, Richard Gere, Don 'funny accent' Cheadle and Wesley Snipes should see to that, but you be the judge with this lengthy first trailer...
