The first ever true British hip-hop film, featuring original grime and hip-hop tracks and an entire cast plucked straight from the street, 1 Day is a hard-hitting, violent and tragic look at inner city life on the streets of Birmingham.

The film follows 24 hours in the life of Flash: Angel is getting out of prison and wants the money Flash was looking after for him. Flash visits Elvis. Elvis isn’t playing the game though, and as the clock starts to tick Flash’s life suddenly becomes a whole heap more complicated.

We’re interested to see how this all plays out and will be seeing a preview screening shortly when we’ll deliver our verdict.
