Oh my God! She's hot! Wasn't she in...?

... I Know What You Did Last Summer, yes. She was also the kid in US television series Party Of Five, as well as the gold-digger in Heartbreakers and the acerbic nurse Liz in Garfield. So, she's played pretty much every kind of role you can think of. .

Is that just because she's so hot?

Nope. That might have landed young actresses one or two roles in Hollywood, but Jennifer has been appearing in films and TV consistently since the age of 10, so she has clearly got more than just looks (although it's hard to remember that when looking at these pictures, obviously).

What else does she do?

Despite being known mostly for her acting, Jennifer has also got an amazing singing voice - she's released three solo albums so far, and she also contributed a song to the soundtrack of her movie I Know What You Did Last Summer.

It's easy for a famous actress to get a recording deal, though, isn't it?

Actually, she has been singing longer than she has been acting she toured lots as a child, as part of the Texas Show Team, singing and dancing her way across the Soviet Union and Europe. The other thing about Ms Love Hewitt is that she co-writes almost all the songs on her albums. She's cool! What's she doing next?

Jennifer is currently making a TV show called Ghost Whisperer, where she plays a woman who can communicate with the recently deceased and help them cross over to the other side. She's also scheduled to do Garfield 2, and she recently made two independent films here in the UK, which should be out soon: The Truth About Love, with Dougray Scott and Jimi Mistry - a sexy drama where she goes undercover as a seductive temptress to find out if her man is cheating - and If Only, which also features Paul Nicholls from EastEnders, and is a film about what you would do if you were given the chance to relive a day with the one you love.

Sweet! And after that...?

Steady on.. after that she's going to make lots more films, but one day she hopes to become a child psychologist.

So she's smart as well as sexy, then?

Yup.

And completely out of my league? Yup.
