The answer my friends, is simple. Pilar Rubio is a sultry, red-haired Spanish television presenter. According to her wikipedia page, she studied Economics but didn't finish the degree! Who needs it anyway?!

According to her official site (http://pilar-rubio.org), she appears to be reaching critical mass... but don't just take our word for it. In 2008 and 2009 she was selected as the sexiest woman in a certain Spanish men's magazine, so it can't be just us that sees her potential!
