It's a chick on a bike....

We can't really get much more descriptive than that, because we have no idea what's going on in this video, or what it's for.

What we *can* tell you, is that she isn't wearing proper bicycle riding attire, can't seem to drink properly, and would be a major danger to passing traffic.
