Now you're playing one of the lead characters in Angel, does that mean you get a bigger trailer?

Oh yeah. After six years slumming it I'm entitled to a bit of luxury. Honestly, it's so huge, my two dogs run about in there when we're filming.

As the resident bitch on the series, what's been your favourite bitchy comment?

The time I called someone 'Grandpa breath' was a pretty fine moment.

Angel or vampire - which would you rather be?

Oh, without a doubt it would have to be a vampire. They live forever, have a lot more fun and, let's be honest, the cape is a hell of a look.

What's the best rumour you've heard about yourself?

I must be so boring because I haven't heard any rumours at all. I'd really love people to start questioning my sexuality because that would mean I was a huge megastar. It would be such a compliment, but nobody has and I'm so disappointed.

Let's start it then. If you had to have sex with a woman, who would it be?

If I was forced to go with a woman it would have to be Madonna or Angelina Jolie. Probably Angelina. We were staying at the same hotel recently and I bumped into her in the lobby. She looked so beautiful and elegant that I wanted to tell her but I was too dumbstruck.

OK, in your latest film The Groomsman you appear naked with a woman. Admit it, you enjoyed the experience, didn't you?

Oh I loved it! I play the lead character who has an affair with the postwoman. And yes, there's a scene where we're both naked in the shower and a lime green dildo is involved.
