Howard.  That suit-wearing fatty.  The tiny singing Asian chappie… the stars of Halifax adverts usually prompt feelings of rage and often violence. Donna Feldman, however, is a rare exception. Her blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameo in the LA-based one wasn’t even remotely annoying and, even better, got her noticed. After appearing as a saucy vampire in an Enrique Iglesias video, then as a sexy host on Deal Or No Deal  (yes, models open the boxes in the US version), the 26-year-old American has now landed herself a role in Adam Sandler’s new movie, You Don’t Mess With The Zohan. Donna, it’s time to get acquainted…

So, what’s You Don’t Mess With The Zohan all about?

It’s an absolutely ridiculous comedy with the same type of slapstick humour as there was in Borat. Adam Sandler plays an Israeli Special Forces agent and his dream is to become a hair stylist. I play one of his friends called Michal. And it’s very funny.

Really? What’s the funniest bit?

Oh God, there was a scene Adam Sandler was doing in these tiny little shorts and his arse kept coming out. It was so funny. Just seeing him in that outfit was enough.

Was it funnier than seeing Howard in the Halifax adverts?

I don’t really remember him. I was in the one based in Hollywood and Howard was definitely in it, but I didn’t speak to him – sorry!

What do you think of British men?

Very sexy! The accent is sexiest of all. The British photographer who took these pictures was talking dirty all day. If an American was talking to me like that, I would think of it as sexual harassment. But coming from a cute British guy, I laughed it off – they get away with a little more!

What other things would make us British fellas irresistible to a woman like you?

First, treat her like she is one of the guys – don’t make a big deal. The second thing is modesty. Bullshit always comes out in the end. And the third thing – be a gentleman. Opening the door and complementing her might be old-fashioned but  it goes a long way.

Finally, if you had a Mr Potato Head for a head, what facial accessories would you go for?
