You've been hitting the headlines since you first hit the charts. Are you aware of all the rumours about you?

Oh I hear them all the time. That I'm getting married, that I had an abortion, that I'm doing obscene amounts of drugs, that my dad's a drug dealer, that I'm really 28. It goes on all the time and it's all crap. Fair enough.

	I don't even think I'm that attractive, although I do get quite a bit of fan mail from blokes. Mostly they're in prison and want a poster for their cell block

Did you know you have the same effect on blokes?

Honestly, I don't even think I'm that attractive, although I do get quite a bit of fan mail from blokes. Mostly they're in prison and want a poster for their cell block. I've had 40-year-old men sending me photos of themselves in their suits and raincoats.

Do women come on to you as well?

I did a show once and halfway through this woman chucked her knickers on stage so I had to kick them to the side during a dance routine without looking at them too closely. But if a woman fancies me then I think that's really flattering.

Is it true you once appeared in EastEnders?

Yeah, I was in the audience for Bianca's fashion show at the community centre. I've grown up watching EastEnders so I was in total dreamland, but the best bit is when I hear my songs playing in the Queen Vic or the caff. For me, that's the best thing about being a pop star.

What other parts of blokes are you interested in?

I quite like pecs and the V-bit that blokes get on the bottom of their stomachs but I'm not really into men who work out. I actually really like chubby men who have got plenty of puppy fat.

If you were a bloke, would you be more turned on by a woman's breasts or bum?

I'd go for the arse every time. It's much more mysterious because it's covered up most of the time. And I never think a woman's good looking just because she has great tits. It's so much more exciting when you have to use your imagination and that's always the case with the outline of a nice bum.
