Now that you’ve built that six-pack, it’s time to burn off the belly and show it to the world

In the first two parts of this programme you built your core and abs muscles, and now it’s time to strip away the last of the fat around your middle and reveal that six-pack. In fact, you don’t need to have done the previous two parts – even if you’ve only just joined us you can do this workout because it’s designed to burn fat from your frame and reveal the muscle lurking beneath.

You haven’t worked for eight weeks just for some flashy window dressing, however – the true benefits of this six-pack programme go a lot deeper than that. You’ve got a stronger core and bigger abs, making your whole body a far stronger and more efficient unit. Now it’s time to increase the power available to those muscles for one last four-week push.
