Medicine ball woodchop

Sets: 3 / Reps: 8 Each Side

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a medicine ball in both hands. Raise the ball over your left shoulder to extend your core and obliques. Then ‘chop’ down and to your right, lowering the ball past your right knee. Pause and then drive back up, using your midsection to power the move. Repeat to the other side.
