Resisted curlFace your partner holding your lower arms out, with your elbows in at your sides and palms up. Reps: 25 Your partner grabs your hands with an overhand grip, arms straight out. As you curl your lower arms upwards, your partner applies downward pressure on your hands. Then he pulls your hands down into the ‘lowering’ phase of the curl while you resist. Swap places on the next circuit.
