Swiss ball dumb-bell rotation

Sets: 2 / Reps: 8 Each Side

Lie on a Swiss ball, keeping your body in a straight line from neck
to knee, and hold a dumb-bell at arm’s length in your left hand.
Turn your torso as far as you can to the right without letting your feet lift off the floor. Return to the middle and repeat. After eight reps switch the dumb-bell to your right hand and do eight reps to the left.
