Start at the deep end. Take a few deep breaths, let your body drop under the surface and push off from the side with both legs so that you’re gliding underwater. Hold your arms out straight with your head between them so that they’re around your ears with your face down. Keep your body as flat as possible. Go as far as you can before surfacing, then complete the length and move on to the next exercise.
