Start: Jog on the spot while you watch to see which players sing lustily, which players look embarrassed and which players just move their lips a bit and clearly don't know the words.

Place your hands on the back of the sofa, shoulder-width apart. Extend your legs out behind you until you’re resting on your toes with your body in a straight line between ankles and neck. Now bend your elbows, keeping them tight into your sides, to lower your chest towards the sofa (keeping your eyes on the TV of course). Press back up again, pause and repeat.
