Fitness: Workouts

Abs School
Twist and Move

If you want rock-hard abs in just three moves, this twisty work out uis the one for you

This month our six-pack workout focuses on rotational movements to build your core strength. The three exercises here use a mixture of twisting movements and static holds to get your abs working in a new direction and to build stability in your lower back. This means you’ll be able to throw yourself into whatever sport you do with power, confidence and the knowledge that you’ve protected your lower back from injury.

These exercises bring your obliques into play to make your abs stronger and better defined. Make sure that you hold the back extension for the recommended time to get your back used to being in its correct, neutral position. And get Men’s Fitness next month for the latest techniques to take your abs to the next level.
