Stand on the band with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Start by holding the ends of the band in both hands. Draw the band up and to one side in the first half of a chopping motion. Pause at the top with your hands above and to one side of your head before chopping down in a controlled movement. Repeat on the other side and alternate for a total of 30 reps.
