1. Hanging leg raise

Sets: 3 / Reps: 10-12

Slide your arms through elbow slings attached to a chin-up bar or just hang from the bar with your arms. Then bend at the hips and pull your legs up and in, lifting your knees to your chest. Pause, then slowly lower yourself, keeping your feet together. Steady yourself before completing another rep.
