Seated dumb-bell preacher curl - Sit at a preacher bench and rest your upper arms on the arm support. Grasp a dumb-bell in each hand using an underhand grip. Start with your arms fully extended but not locked out.
Curl the dumb-bells towards your shoulders, then lower them slowlyback down.
Seated cable preacher curl - Do the same with a straight bar on a pulley.
Do the same with a straight bar on a pulley.
Seated cambered bar preacher curl - Do the same with a cambered bar.
