Standing reverse dumb-bell preacher curl - Stand about two feet behind a preacher bench, lean forwards and rest your upper arms on it. Grasp a dumb-bell in each hand using an overhand grip.
Curl the dumb-bells towards your shoulders. Pause and squeeze at the top of the movement, then return to the starting position.
Standing reverse cable preacher curl - Do the same with a low pulley fitted with a straight bar.
