Intermediate press-up

 
 
Place your hands on the floor beneath your shoulders and have your arms fully extended, keeping your back straight. Your fingers should be facing forwards. Cross your legs at the ankles.

 
Bending your arms at the elbows, lower yourself down to the floor. Chest, chin and hips should almost be touching the floor.
