Press-up

 
 
Place your hands on the floor beneath your shoulders and have your arms fully extended, keeping your back straight. Your fingers should be facing forwards.

 
Bending your arms at your elbows, lower yourself down to the floor. Your body should be in a straight line, making sure your bottom does not stick up when you lower yourself down.
