Pumping Your Chest
Single arm flye

 
 
Trap a resistance band in a door. Stand with your back to the door and take your arm back as far as it will stretch - your arm should go back further than your body. Keep a slight bend in the elbow.

 
Bring the arm forwards. Don't turn your body and make sure the elbow has a slight bend while keeping it locked.
