Pumping Your Chest

Using a set of dumb-bells, lie on a bench with your arms up, palms facing in. The dumb-bells should be almost touching.

 
Slowly lower the dumb-bells to the point where you get a strong stretch across the chest. Bring the arms back to the start, keeping the elbows slightly bent.
