Pumping Your Chest
Bench press

 
 
Lie on a bench under a Smith machine with your legs less than shoulder-width apart. Your forearms should be parallel to each other.

 
Lower the bar until it nearly rests on your upper chest (between your nipples and your neck.) Press up until your arms are straight, but don't lock out the elbows.
