Stretching and Flexing
Doorway stretch

Target: Pectorals, Upper Arms, Shoulders

 
 
Standard approach: Facing a doorway, put your hands on each side of the door frame. Gently lean your upper body forwards, keeping your chest and head up and your knees slightly flexed.

 
Improved: Make sure your hands are level with your shoulders otherwise your shoulders will take on too much of your body weight and risk injury to the shoulder capsule.
