Sitting groin stretch

Target: Groin

 
 
Standard approach: Sit on the floor with the soles of your feet touching, grab your feet and lean forwards.

 
Improved: The initial bend is from your hips. Don't lead with your head or round your shoulders - both put pressure on your lower back. To get a better stretch, keep a comfortable distance between your heels and groin. Doing the movement with your back against a wall can help you maintain proper form.
