The final routine uses a few killer combos to work your entire body in less than 20 minutes. The beauty of the routine is that the combination of exercises provides some added co-ordination and strength training that you don't normally get from a traditional workout.

Bent-over row/kick-back

Double crunch

Target: abdominals - Sets 12, Reps 15
