Pressing the point I've heard that there are pressure points on feet that can aid general health when massaged. Which points are best to concentrate on?From Fraser Patrick | November 2003 |
Nicola Hall of the Bayly School of Reflexology replies: Reflexology can be beneficial to complaints including stress-related and digestive problems and works on the idea that the reflex areas of the foot are arranged in such a way as to form a map of the body, with the right foot corresponding with the right side of the body and the left foot with the left side. If one part of your body is out of balance, the corresponding area of the foot will feel tender when massaged.
