I'm never quite sure which proportion of each food group I'm meant to be eating. Can you tell me?

Fatty foods and foods containing sugar: 70%

Meat, fish and alternatives: 12%

Milk and dairy foods: 15%

Fruit and vegetables: 33%

Bread, other cereals and potatoes: 33%
