Hank Kinglsey (Jeffrey Tambor) The Larry Sanders Show
Generally disrespected among his co-workers on The Larry Sanders Show, Hank, Larry’s sidekick, is narcissistic and dim. He endorses dodgy products and is a very probable model for David Brent.
Niles Crane (David Hyde Pierce) Frasier
Niles, like his brother Frasier, is fastidious, snobby and fussy, and has gourmet tastes, and was described by a professional interviewer on the Seattle Post-Intelligencer as Obsessive-compulsive.
Leon (JB Smoove) Curb Your Enthusiasm
Leon is a streetwise hustler who moves in with Larry when he takes in a family made homeless by Hurricane Katrina – even though Leon was in fact living in LA at the time, and is only a cousin.
Darren Lamb (Stephen Merchant) Extras
Darren is Andy Millman’s witless agent, utterly incapable of breaking an act and more likely to be wanking over a sexy pen than actually working. Works in Carphone Warehouse, part-time.
Kramer (Michael Richards) Seinfeld
Cosmo Kramer: humorous upright hairstyle and vintage wardrobe, the combination of which led to his categorization as a 'hipster doofus'. Likes fruit and the occasional Cuban cigar.
Gareth Keenan (Mackenzie Crook) The Office
Gareth flaunts his inflated sense of authority around the office. Uses his CD collection, that includes George Michael, Queen and The Pet Shop Boys, to dispel accusations of homophobia, as 'they are all bummers.'
Jeff Boomhauer (Mike Judge) King of the Hill
Legend. Texas Ranger, lover of fast cars who spends most of his spare time drinking Alamo Beer with Hank, Dale and Bill, Boomhauer may sound unintelligible to most, but is, in fact, highly cultured.
Trigger (Roger Lloyd Pack) Only Fools and Horses
A regular of The Nag’s Head and an old friend of Del Boy’s, Trig speaks in a slow, monotone voice and always calls Rodney ‘Dave’. Once confesses that he never knew his father as ‘he died a few years before I was born.’
Ned Flanders (Harry Shearer) The Simpsons
Nedward Flanders. Easy-going, well-meaning, good-natured. Religious, and Homer Simpson’s next-door-neighbour. Lives by the Three C’s Rule: Clean Living, Chewing Thoroughly and a daily dose of Vitamin Church.
Malcolm Tucker (Peter Capaldi) The Thick of It
Aggressive, profane and feared Director of Communications for the Government. He serves two main roles: acting as the Prime Minister's enforcer to ensure the cabinet ministers all follow the party line, and managing the government's crisis management PR, usually in the form of spin.
