Whipping Floyd is the Swedish label that got its name from the time Scandinavian boxer Ingemar Johansson took the heavyweight crown from Floyd Patterson in 1959 (he ‘whipped Floyd’ – clever, eh?)
Famous for their quirky printed T-shirts, they’ve now branched out into ‘Club Whipping Floyd’, a line of 1950s-, 1960s- and 1970s-inspired sportswear featuring retro polos, track tops and knits.
You can also float like a butterfly and sting like you’ve got a bee in your pants, with their new trousers: ‘Fearless Freddie’ (slim-cut), ‘Hurricane Hank’ (regular-fit) and ‘Marvellous Marvin’ (regular-narrow). Knockout kit for true style contenders.
