Perhaps best known for its classic waxed country-gent gamrs - and the odd dalliance with the more clued-up football hooligan - Barbour has been busy reproducing some killer pieces from its vast back catalogue.
Among the gems is the belted 'International' jacket - a motorcyclist's style from the '50s (bike not included).
Another is the 'Cowan Commando' jacket, based on one that a colonel sent back to Barbour for repairs and a bit of customisation to sui his battlefield needs. Incidentally you can have as many pockets as you like added as well.
Company founder John Barbour wanted to produce oilskins and other garments to protect his local fisherman from the treacherous North Sea weather conditions. They didn't realise the real catch of the day was what they had on their backs.
The waxed duffle coat will see you right on any cold and rainy night. Staying dry never looked so captain cool.
