The excitement of the re-branded Cecil Gee label has seen all stores receiving makeovers, with new logos and shop fronts. The brand has become a magnet for new and established labels: fresh names include Italian denim giant Take Two and Tiger of Sweden formalwear.
Conclusive proof of the store’s pulling power is its recent acquisition of the Levi’s Blue label. The premium Levi’s line will be available in selected Cecil Gee stores nationwide, and will feature five jean styles, starting at £85. The denim is complemented by an assemblage of shirts, tees and knitwear. Stocks of J Lindeberg, Franklin & Marshall, Fred Perry, John Smedley and Chef De Ville will increase, building on previous sales. Gee is a force not only to be reckoned with, but to be decked out in.
