The technical, but still double-forward-looking ‘96 Hours’ collection is designed by Neil Barrett. It takes its inspiration from the ever-popular sport of ice-speedway racing. Yes, really.
The concept is that a small selection of pieces could function as everything an intrepid adventurer/ traveller would need to keep togged up for four days caning it – sorry, exploring…
The ‘Definition Key Way’ jacket is made from a futuristic fabric we don’t understand – but it looks dead good anyway. This knee stitching is copied from proper protective motorcycle pants, so in theory they’ll protect your knees when breakdancing.
‘Spinta’ trainers incorporate Kevlar fireproofing, as used by riders and pit crews. And they’re a super-looking low-cut dynamic little pair of shoes.
