The 'Casual Collection' consists of wardrbe basics with an emphasis on well-appointed fabrics and details. The label has raised its game in terms of wuality and construction - the heavy jersey sweats and embroidered shirts are particularly impressive.

Across the label this winter, the George main line brings us trend-led pieces, while the premium 'George Collection' focuses on sturdy worker wear.

Also new to Asda is the Denim Shop. Boot-cut denims are just £16, and a pair of basics a measly £3. Our tip is to try before you buy, as these cuts won't suit everyone - but at these prices, who cares?
