Liam Gallagher has hardly kept his affiliation and respect for the movie Quadrophenia a secret. The geezer worships it. So it comes as no shosk to see his label Pretty Green designing and releasing a limited edition Jimmy Parka.

Jimmy was the upstart in Quadrophenia.

The green-jacketed, fuck-you upstart who lived for his mates, his scooter and getting off his eyelids at the weekend.

It not only makes sense then that Rock 'n' Roll star turned Rock 'n' Roll businessman, Liam Gallagher, was into him, but also that his clothing company, Pretty Green, will be making a limited run of Jimmy Parkas to celebrate the release of the super deluxe Quadrophenia DVD and the exhibiton at the Carnaby Street PG store.

Liam stated: “As I’m a massive fan of The Who, and Quadrophenia being one of my favourite albums of all time, it’s an honour to be associated.”

The Jimmy Parka will be available at www.prettygreen.com on November 14.
