At the weekend the chains are off. We become who we are, who we want to be. Who we wish we were. We're are 48 hour party people. We separate ourselves from you. We drink, we smoke, we fight, we fuck, we get the bus home in the morning.

Every man worth their garmy salt in our world throws the occasional nod to terrace culture and the acid house scene. Whether it's via a timely tee, a low-key cagoule or some artful adidas sneaks, the subcultures live on in the daily threads of the switched-on modern geezer.

Course, fashion types aren't stupid, they realised the chaps were into this a long time ago and started trying to tailor their wares to the scene, hoping to tap into it and trade off of it. Now, most of them didn't know what the fuck they were doing, and the sharper end of the terrace recognised this, dismissing their awkward approach using their wallets. The chaps recognised a puppy and put their money elsewhere.

Weekend Offender get it bang right.

The brainchild of two lads from Cardiff, Weekend Offender takes the right clobber and gives it a clued-up twist: subtle twists, abrasive twists, classic twists and straight-out Offensive twists can all be found in their new collection, which is both varied and uniform enough to make it sit just right.

We think the new collection's mix is just right:

Take a little bit of "fuck-the-police", mix a lot of "88", a blend of "Benetton rugby" and lashings of "cool cagoule". And for fuck's sake, let it stand!

Mike Skinner, Carl Cox and Plan B have all been seen out and about with WO garms afoot, and we'll most certainly be keeping our eyes peeled for  Weekend Offender's next move.
