WHAT'S THE STORY? Government agent Nick Scrayer infiltrates a rebel group of operatives. He has his psychic powers erased and most of his memory so as not to arouse suspicion but when it returns he does all kinds of crazy shit like force suicides, throw trucks around and generally mess with anyone he encounters.
