WHAT'S THE STORY? Crime is rife in the 1930's city of Lost Heaven. Taxi driver Tommy becomes embroiled in the underworld and ends up working for the mob. A vicious turf war is under way, and climbing up the ladder involves pulling off increasingly dangerous jobs, with violent death a regular occurrence. As the story unfolds retrospectively - Goodfellas style - Tommy breaks rule number one: never grass.
