WHAT'S THE DEAL? New York songsmiths bash out a melodious yet thrashy concoction of Elliott Smith, The Beatles, My Bloody Valentine and The Beta Band.
TO BE HONEST: Marred by the odd duffer and a fraction too cosy for comfort perhaps, this is still a passable and pleasing collection of modern-day indie tunes.
LISTEN OUT FOR: 'Yoga Means Union'. Has all the qualities you'd expect from an album opener.
PLAY: For further evidence that American bands are plagiarising cherished British acts in order to make decent music.
