Happiness In Magazines
Graham Coxon

Rating:
What's the deal?
The ex-Blur guitarist stops being 'difficult' and records an album with actual proper songs on it.
To Be Honest:
The scowling Coxon has been willfully obscure with his early 'experimental' solo efforts; a sulky response to Blur's popularity. Now he's officially left, though, it seems he wants to beat them at their own game. It's an album of punk-pop which unashamedly aims at your air guitar instincts, and is full of the playful quirkiness which Blur used to do so well, but don't now.
Listen Out For:
The alien singing, 'People of the Earth, your world is crap.'
Play:
While pogo-ing on the last Blur CD till it shatters.
