WHAT'S THE STORY? Guitar pop trumpin' troubadors release second opus, packed with upbeat ballads for couples to hump to.

TO BE HONEST: The smug bastards used to plagiarise the NY punk scene for scratchy, catchy pop. This one sees them making a full-on lunge for the mainstream jugular, cranking out melodies Bruce Springsteen could do his silly star jumps to.

DESCRIBE AS: Actually quite - gulp - likeable.
