TO BE HONEST: Possibly the most unseasonal release ever. Outside, a passing gnat has just lost its tackle to frostbite; indoors, we're cindering our nipples beneath sunbeds and binge-consuming Tropicana. This gives us diarroah.

THE GOOD STUFF: Basement Jaxx's own samba march 'City People' and Brazil X Plozian blowing their whistles for 'Berimbal'.

THE BAD STUFF: Phil Linton's 'Don't Stop'. Naff house soul that is cheesier than a Dairylea triangle.
