WHAT'S THE STORY? Mr. Beck's 2005 Guero album gets a sonic reworking from the likes of Air, Dizzee Rascal and Adrock.

WHICH MEANS: Eclectic alt. poppiness with added blips, crackles, whizz-bangs and chill-out bits which make you lean back in melodial happiness.

ANY GOOD? The original songs were already very good. This is them redone by clever sods for clever sods.

RUDE TRACK: Homelife's 'Ghost Range'. Delivers unsavoury fart noise accompaniment.

NICE TRACK: Air's 'Heaven Hammer' is like a cuddle from your favourite teddy bear. (Yes, the pink fluffy one called Mr. Big Ted).
