Professor Green Gig Review!
LIVE @ Shepherd's Bush Empire! You can feel it.
We've just walked in to the Shepherd's Bush Empire and the air is alive with electricity. Electricity and screaming girls, but you can still feel the power of Pro.
Prof Green effortlessly tears up the stage with a whole host of special guests, including Ed Drewett and Wretch 32. Blasting out track after track, the crowd never know what's gonna hit them next, but they don't care, they freakin' love it.
Kicking the night off with his cover of Don't Let Go, Mr Manderson lets everyone in nice and gently before going into Hard Night Out. Then the all killer, no filler tracks from Alive Til I'm Dead began to flow from the speakers to really get the dance floor jumping. We were even treated to a brand new track, and Upper Clapton Dance also made an appearance!
Wrapping up the show (and the tour for this year) with Monster, the triumphant Professor left the stage to the squeals of his fans. They wanted more, but that was all folks!
Stand out moments for the Maxim Chaps: Jungle, Upper Clapton Dance, getting incredibly drunk at the aftershow party and irritating the shit out of shiny toothed, drum 'n' bass guru Goldie.
If you haven't been to see Professor Green live yet, you are a bounder and a cad, but fret not, for you can make up for it! The remaining dates on Pro's sellout tour (all in February 2011) are as follows;
Thu 03: The Middlesbrough Empire
Fri 04: Dundee Fat Sams Live
Sat 05: Inverness Ironworks
Tue 08: London SCALA
