Guns N' Roses - Chinese Democracy

Rating:
Release Date: 24-11-2008
Record Label: Polydor

Album of the Week - 14 years, million spent? That's rock 'n friggin' roll!

The most expensive album in recording history, Chinese Democracy features some truly heart-blistering moments of rock brilliance from the 'Axl Rose Band' ('Better', tearjerking 'Street Of Dreams'). It's also collected out-dated stylings as a result of being in development for aeons. Ironically, what saves it is its memorable melodies - something you don't need 14 years of re-re-re-re-recording and dollar-spanking production w*nkery to milk... A flawed, over-produced near-masterpiece.

FREEBIES: We've got 5 of these great albums to give away! Just enter your details below and we'll enter you into our giveaway draw. Closing date: 2 January 2008.
