Steve Coogan gets his Hollywood break as Phileas Fogg in a fun version of Jules Verne's classic. He scores as the inventor who wagers that he can circle the globe in 80 days. Helping him on his way is Jackie Chan, doing his mugging/fighting sidekick thing. However, it's the cameos that keep you interested: Jim Broadbent, Ewen Bremner and John Cleese chip in, and Luke and Owen Wilson are hilarious as the Wright Brothers. But it's Arnie who steals the show with his bizarre Prince Hapi. Yes, the walnut-filled condom man who runs America's most powerful state. Jackie for President!
