You remember the '80s TV show? Well, this is similar, only instead of muscleman Lou Ferrigno in tight-fitting cut-off jeans and covered in green paint, our hefty hero is a computer-generated special effect that looks like Shrek.
The story sees a top secret military project hiring big-brained university students to assist in the invention of a cell-altering machine. However, the gizmo throws a wobbler, transforming one of the students, Bruce Banner, into a ten-foot-tall jade giant with an appetite for destruction on a grand scale.
Chopper's Eric Bana is Banner, Oscar-winner Connelly his girlfriend and fellow scientist, Betty Ross. Original Hulk Ferrigno gets a cameo and the immortal line 'Don't get me angry... you wouldn't like me when I'm angry' crops up somewhere. Smashing.
