When his wife turns out to be a group-sex-obsessed nympho, Mitch (Wilson) leaves home and rents a house on the outskirts of a college campus. His old friends Beanie (Vaughn) and Frank The Tank (Ferrell) convince him to turn it into a student sorority house. Directed by Todd Road Trip Phillips, this modern spin on the high-school comedy is funny in parts but is no Animal House.
