More dumbass thrills and poor man's Austin Powers chortles as Wilson and Murphy team up to recovera spy plane before rent-a-baddie Malcolm McDowell flogs it. It's got a few decent moments (including the sightof Janssen in a small skirt), but Murphy's big-mouthed persona grates and Wilson looks like he wishes he'dr ead the script before signing. Less 007, more 002-and-a-half.
